Very disappointed, especially given the $3,300 + price tag for a trailer in Martin GA. Their airbnb on Lake Hartwell is where we stayed last week and I DID contact Erin directly during the stay and after with photos and left an air bnb review as well- which mysteriously hasn't appeared yet. We stay in vacation rentals frequently, including many lake houses, and this was one of our poorest quality. Lipstick on a pig is the best way to describe it. Cheap fixes- cheap everything.We reported roaches, cleanliness issues, and maintenance concerns during our stay. We were told someone would address the pest issue, but no one ever came.The home was not clean upon arrival. We found leftover food, dirty floors, walls, cabinets, debris in the dishwasher, and stained mattress covers. We ended up washing all of our bedding ourselves. The bunk room also had a strong odor.There were numerous maintenance issues, including a smoke detector beeping throughout our stay, broken drawers, an unsecured dishwasher, difficult doors, and unstable flooring.Outside, the dock and chairs were covered in bird droppings, there were wasps and nests present and kids were scared as two of mine are allergic, trash in the yard, and signs of animals living beneath the house.The kids loved the lake and so did we- they loved the water toys, but the property’s condition did not justify the cost. It needs a deep cleaning, repairs, and peat control and still wouldn’t warrant this price. We would not stay here again.

I can’t say enough about Joe and his team! We stayed in one of his beautiful cabins called Blue Chalet! The cabin was beautiful with a view! It had plenty of room, pool table, hot tub and fire pit! Joe made everything so easy when we arrived. He told us where all the markets are, things to do, places to eat and of course where the golf courses are! I highly recommend contacting Joe and his team the next time you want to stay in blue ridge!
