Great service. My agent (Hugo)was extremely helpful he helped me thru the process and work with me to help me get approved he did not leave any stone unturned. A month later I moved in to my unit and he still followed up to make sure I am enjoying the unit(Usually the agents disappear once you pay.). I am so great full to have found them I was having a difficult time getting approved due to my credit score. Highly recommend to anyone who has had a difficult time getting approved for a home.

Hugo and his team did an excellent job in resolving all the issues that presented themselves unexpectedly, in a timely, efficient, professional and respectful manner.I can’t say enough good things about Hugo. He is attentive to whatever issue arises and does everything he can to make sure the issue is resolved satisfactorily and quickly.His maintenance team was efficient, respectful, knowledgeable, skillful and worked tirelessly to make sure everything was completed satisfactorily.
