My experiences with Perimeter Property Services has been nothing short of AMAZING! Every single staff member that encountered has been friendly, helpful, professional and polite. The staff member who has been the most helpful and supportive is Hugo. Hugo walked me through the rental process with baby gloves, because I really needed the extra support to get into my apartment. Since I moved into my apartment, he has been there to answer all of my questions and concerns, with the same vigor and enthusiasm as he did during the move in process! The communication is great. The customer service is great. I could go on and on. My unit is in good condition. The neighborhood is quiet. The rent is affordable. Such a wonderful company. Communication from management, their kindness and efforts to keep the residents happy are unmatched. Even down to putting in a maintenance request where they even communicate with you prior to even showing up they call and talk to you.

This company responds quickly to maintenance requests. When I did have an issue with them, I reached out to Mary. She was absolutely wonderful. She has excellent customer service skills and made me feel heard.

The work was done to my satisfaction, without disturbance. The two workers let me know when they were on the way and they also wiped off the stove and floor before they left.
