I used PPS to manage 8 doors in my portfolio, I slowly moved away from them. The owners were great initially, but all my properties weren't managed properly. Eviction set out dates were missed, company is unresponsive when there's an issue, vacant property not getting rented due to incorrect pricing, etc. The company still owes me the security deposits and property reserves from the last property I offboarded with them and it has been 2 months since the last property was offboarded. I’ve used Perimeter for two of my properties the past couple years. The most recent was a condo that presents some challenges dealing with the HOA, etc. Katie, Hector and the team were very responsive with getting a qualified tenant in quickly, responding on time, and communicating between myself and the new tenant. It wasn’t always easy but they made it happen at the price I wanted. Less

The worst I ever experience with this company they don’t return phone calls. I’ve been without heat since September now is January they charge you for stuff. You don’t even know that’s on your online portal. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to come to this company because they don’t fix anything. Less
