The installation crew fixed the issue, conducted inspection on all the blinds and provided further guidance to prevent future difficulties.Posted Aug 2024 — Excellent blinds definitely lives up to its name! I installed blinds for entire house. After 1 year, 2 window blinds stopped working. It cannot open and close (tilt). However, they offered to repair them for free. Less
