Poor communication with the company cost me $75 with no solution. The first person that reviewed my issue told me the solution could be done. The company sent a second service member out who notified me that they can no longer provide the service. The company knew this in advance and could have informed me prior to the service appointment.

Phenomenal customer service, products and experience! I first requested a quote 2 years ago, but had to wait to move forward with purchasing shutters for my windows. In January, I reached back out and they were able to schedule a no-cost in-home consultation, at which time I opted to move forward with window shutters. The customer service has been top tier and I thoroughly appreciate the professionalism at every level (office, in home rep, installers). I hired this company for a small window in my kitchen and they did such a great job, I got them again for my master bedroom window. Their prices are pretty affordable. Both times they had someone come in the next day for a quick quote and answered all my questions . I also liked that they were not pushy when it comes to sales. I’ve had services done to my home for different things and they always try to get you to commit that same day , which makes me very uncomfortable. This company did not do this . They gave me different quotes for the different needs, and told me to take my time in deciding ♥️ Both times I had the same guy install our blinds here in Chino and the guy is super fast and efficient. Highly recommend !

Estimate process went well and price is good, however we believe the shutters were ordered from overseas after measurements were done. It took longer than promised to get them to be installed. The quality is okay and the installation was good.

We had Excellent Blinds and Shutters come out and install new shutters throughout our home about a year ago. They did an amazing job and the price was better than expected. We did have one piece break and they came out and fixed the issue in about 10 minutes. The service is wonderful, I will refer this company to anyone I know needing shutters or blinds.
