Brian was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through all the options, making sure we found exactly what we needed. He was also very helpful throughout the entire process and provided competitive pricing, which we really appreciated. The installation was great, and everything came out exactly as we had hoped. We just bought a house in The Preserve area in Chino. The new house has 27 windows. Brian came out and measured our windows and went over options with me. I was worried about the cost, but his estimate came in very reasonable for what we wanted. We were able to get double rollers on the windows that we wanted black out potential and privacy shades on the windows that didn't. While we were waiting for our blinds to be delivered, Brian came and put paper shades up so we could function in our new home. Our installation was a little bumpy, but I appreciated that the problem was treated as an all hands on deck situation, and we even had one of the owners here to insure that the rest of the installation went smoothly. I highly recommend Excellent Blinds and Shutters for the quality, value, and exceptional commitment to service.

In January, I reached back out and they were able to schedule a no-cost in-home consultation, at which time I opted to move forward with window shutters. I hired this company for a small window in my kitchen and they did such a great job, I got them again for my master bedroom window. Their prices are pretty affordable. Both times they had someone come in the next day for a quick quote and answered all my questions . I also liked that they were not pushy when it comes to sales. I’ve had services done to my home for different things and they always try to get you to commit that same day , which makes me very uncomfortable. This company did not do this . They gave me different quotes for the different needs, and told me to take my time in deciding ♥️ Both times I had the same guy install our blinds here in Chino and the guy is super fast and efficient. Highly recommend !
