Derrick was awesome to work with! He replaced both torsion springs on my 16x8 garage door and had everything done quickly and professionally. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and even had a great sense of humor — just an easy guy to talk to and work with.What really stood out was that he took the time to explain what went wrong and shared helpful tips on how to keep the garage door in good condition moving forward. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work.On top of that, the pricing was extremely fair — $330 out the door for both springs replaced. No surprises, no upselling, just honest work at a great price.Highly recommend Derrick to anyone needing garage door repair!
