They replaced ALL of our windows and it wasn't an easy job at all since our house is almost 40 years old and some of the frames are a bit off. Chris has been immensely helpful in advising me in regards to the broken seal between the glass in one of my windows. Even though I had bought my windows from one of his competitors (who failed to get back to me), he was very responsive and attentive in directing me to file a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer.
