They replaced ALL of our windows and it wasn't an easy job at all since our house is almost 40 years old and some of the frames are a bit off. Chris has been immensely helpful in advising me in regards to the broken seal between the glass in one of my windows. Even though I had bought my windows from one of his competitors (who failed to get back to me), he was very responsive and attentive in directing me to file a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer. Not only that, he also follow-up days after to see if I had gotten the assistance I needed. Simply awesome customer service! If you are buying new windows, I'd recommend buying from him. Wow! After Chris and his team installed our windows, we have not put our blinds down at all! We have a great view and none of the heat is coming in even with the blinds up! They did an EXCELLENT job! Chris is not a window sales man, he's a windows replacement installer! What's the difference? His honesty, integrity, and genuine desire to go the extra mile to make sure that his customers feel absolutely cared for. His team of installers were super professional. After they left, my wife and I were genuinely surprised at how little dust they had left behind! We recently made the decision that we were ready to replace all the windows in our home.  The house had all of its original windows from the 60's and we had been experiencing high electric bills during summer months and would often find dirt from outside on our inside window ledges.  While we knew this was a necessary investment into our home, it quickly became an overwhelming situation.  We took the opportunity to interview about 7 different window companies.  Each came with their presentation of single pane, double pane, or triple pane windows.   Along with the variety of window options was also a variety of cost (ranges were from $7K all the way to $20K).  With such a ridge price range, it made us start questioning who was being honest about their product and what was really necessary for our needs.  We also started to get discouraged as some of the price quotes were way outside of what we ever dreamed we would spend on widows.  Several of the companies we met with were not interested in our budget.  We could tell their priority was to sell us the most expensive window as it is what we "needed" if we wanted to see a decrease in our electric bill.  This is where Chris from Southern Living Windows came in.  Chris was one of the last few companies we interviewed.  He made us feel very comfortable and answered every question we had about windows.  We shared with him some of the other pitches we received and the high cost associated with them.  He did a great job explaining the different types of windows and how in certain circumstances it would make sense but in our case it was not necessary to go with something so high grade.  He asked a lot of questions to understand what we needed (noise reduction, utility expense reduction, etc).  After understanding why we started our search and why we wanted new windows he was able to make a recommendation on what he thought we needed.   After speaking with all the different companies, we narrowed it down to just two different ones.  Both companies were comparable in price but what it came down to was Chris himself.  He really took the time to listen to our needs/concerns and seemed genuine in his efforts to help us find the perfect widows for our home.  Chris talked us through the process and shared how long it would take, what install day would look like, along with any follow up needs we may have after the fact.  He responded to every call or text along the way if we had any questions leading up to install day.  I work from home and was nervous on install day due to the noise and the heat from having the windows removed during the work day.  His team was so accommodating of that and did there best to work in phases to not impact that any more than they had to.  The crew was also super friendly and did a great job cleaning up after each window install.  It has been almost two months since our install and I can honestly say that we love our windows.  All the reasons we wanted/needed new windows have been met and we are very happy with the end result.  If you are looking for a trustworthy, reasonable priced, and genuine window company, choose Southern Living Windows....Chris will make sure you are taken care of!
