5 stars for Dr. Kaiser and his team, I practically crawled in with lower back pain, the spinal decompression process was not as scary as it sounds, it has provided not only relief but hope that with continued care I will not be crawling with pain or resorting to invasive procedures or medication.

Dr. Kaiser helped me so much! I was having neck and shoulder pain but now it feels pretty much all gone. He’s super sweet and kind and I’m grateful for how much he’s helped my pain.

This review is solely based on my experience working at this office not having actual treatment. Let’s start from the top. I started my externship at this establishment following completion of school. The place is clean and has efficient equipment but there are some issues that I’d like to bring to light. As I burn through my extern hours and I get more of a feel for the office and started to build professional relationships with the patients I start to notice things that shouldn’t be happening. From cops being called to the office, off the books patients coming in getting special treatment while others are overcharged or just sent away. I know for sure that there are a lot of HIPPA and OSHA going on in that office. The doctor has an issue with telling his own, patients and employees business to others. So if you end up at this location keep it short, sweet and non personal. I have had quiet a few patients leave or come back to the office in more pain due to adjustments from the Doctor. I can’t forget to mention the patients that are filing law suits against this establishment. This guy just isn’t a good person and is literally just about the money. Just be cautious, I felt that the least I could do is warn you guys. Also if you don’t know what you’re getting into and are not completely sure what your insurance covers then verify because you will definitely get a bill from the office. I quit the establishment last week due to unprofessionalism, petty feelings towards me from the doctor and no integrity at all with this office. I requested time off and was given an ultimatum to come in or I would be fired. My replacement was already on standby and my replacement was actually interviewed well before I thought about leaving. I started this to help people, not to hurt and rob them. Also there were some hippa violations with the doctors children handling patient records and are free to roam the office and treatment area as they wish while treating patients. There has been a few times while I was treating patients that I was snuck up on from behind by the younger son getting tapped on the neck while treating patients. Update! I’ve been threatened/ harassed with legal action for an honest/legitimate review so be careful folks. The doctor has also made an attempt to get my license to practice revoked and in desperate attempt to have my school reprimand me for the review which also did not work in his favor. I should have spoken up the 1st time he used the word “retarded” to refer to the awkward position of his patients rehab movement. I thought he was going to correct himself at first, but no, he said it once again. Unfortunately, as this situation should have been the limit, I came back again for another session that included Dr. Kaiser explaining to me that he just recently discovered one of his patients was transgender. He said and I quote, “oh well you just never know, but I guess to each his own”. I was flabbergasted and heartbroken because whomever this person was that put their trust in Dr. Kaiser, was violated. I explained to the dr that I was not interested in knowing and I quickly changed the subject. That was the last time I went there. I will not go back because I also notice how dominating and rude he is to his staff. I also noticed that his staff is made up of a hispanic woman and a black man. Dr. Kaiser has been great! Honest, easy to talk with and truly wants to help your pain. His staff has been friendly and helpful. I'm glad I came across his ad on FB and took a chance...so far, decompression therapy for my lower back is helping.

This was the most awful experience and I'm very much regretting seeing Dr. Kaiser. I visited Dr. Kaiser because I get migraines due to issues with my neck. My goal was to find the same quality treatment here so I could keep up with the therapy. I explained to doctor Kaiser my history of neck problems and how it triggers severe migraines. I should have known not to let him adjust me when he didn't do xrays. I think the name of the place and the extensive equipment in the place gave me the illusion of trust. He felt around for a very brief time then gave me a full body adjustment and sent me on my way. Very soon after I left I started experiencing pain in my lower back and numbness and tingling in my leg all the way to my toes. The pain became increasingly worse (throbbing pain)and the sciatic nerve pain also worsend. I went to a different doctor to get it checked out and I have a herniated disc. Basically I walked in with neck issues and I walked out with back issues. He even boasted about how forceful he is with his adjustments, well he's right, he is forceful, forceful enough to herniate a disc. Needless to say, I won't be going back but unfortunately now I will need to see another doctor weekly and do pt exercises daily and try and maintain my job with some pretty sever back pain. He charged us over 4K in advance for a therapy that was questionable, then he wanted us to pay an additional 3k for a service that did not work. We had agreed on the a total of 4k, with insurance. The office verified everything up front, despite this he still was charging us more than what we agreed upon, total of 7100.00. This is insane, my back surgery was a fraction of this cost and successful. The office is poorly managed and he is a crook. He only cares about trying to scam everyone out of money. Stay clear from this guy, he is pushing therapies that are not evidence-based and trying to con individuals out of as much money as possible. All he cares about is money, didn't even try to help me. Recommended a therapy at $4900 + , got another appointment with another doctor the same day and she was way more helpful, gave me temporary relief and put me on a therapy plan that was cost effective.
