They took there time with the installation. But, I would suggest that ConservPro let FPL know they need to modify their portal by asking what type of NEMA type connection they have and taken a picture of it if they have one. The installation only requires a direct connection. This eliminates the customer from spending extra money installing a NEMA type plug.
