What a wonderful experience. Started with a smooth and friendly reception. The MRI was great. As a person of larger size there was some apprehension going into the experience, but the open MRI is awesome. The staff were super kind! The room was beautiful and that helps when you’re a bit anxious.

The staff was very nice and professional. Nice quiet office and they have a very efficient process to get you in and out. Clean rooms and nice equipment for QUALITY images! Awesome place, highly recommended! I have been to other offices where you have to Wait and Wait. This office was just the opposite, no wait and was back on the road fast. They have MRI, CT and X-Ray for all imagining needs in the Gateway Pines.

Extremely easy and fast. I hate waiting in doctors offices more than anything in this world. I was in and out in under 30min including my MRI. Spent about 2 minutes in the waiting room. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Thank you!

Best place in St. Pete to go. Ive had several Mri's there. I just had 2 done Monday. Both were done and I was out the door in less then 45 minutes. Everyone that works there are amazing!

The staff was great! Everyone was super friendly and the girl who did my CT scan seemed very skilled …and her IV was completely painless. I didn’t even know she has stuck me yet. I would definitely choose St Pete MRI again if given the choice.

careless handling of my personal information, name,DOB,social security number,etc, has been given away by Saint Pete MRI , because of sloppy security with patients personal data,they can not be trusted for anything, why would this data base of your personal information be on a computer hooked to the internet, its for there office use only, they should not have your social security number at all, how can you trust them for anything ?

From the front desk folks to Anthony in Test Results and the Operations Manager Rebecca this has been the best imaging place I've been into in the area. I could go into a short story of events but the important thing is at all stages they were very helpful and informative given the situation I was in..The staff was easy to talk to, not in a rush to get you off the phone. Willing to look into a matter and NOT dismissive of a patient like 'sorry, you figure it out'. Lol I called at 4:55 pm right after given test orders and front desk got me in the next morning. Some imaging places is a week or 2.Again, just very helpful folks. I've gotten MRIs done here in the past and glad I chose to take CT scan to this location.THANKS St Pete MRI for seeing I was twisting in the wind and willing to help.

Recently had a shoulder MRI here and had a great experience. The scheduling process was simple, the appointment ran smoothly and the entire visit was stress-free. I'm a large man so I was nervous about the confined space but the new open machine was roomy and the quality of the images were great. Melinda and Sherri were kind and genuinely helpful.

On the phone and in person, they seemed genuinely interested and the process was so easy. Front desk came out to lobby so another client / patient didn’t have to hobble or crutch. During ultrasound, tech was friendly, professional, and efficient and bonus, she warmed the gel.

I went into St. Pete MRI new facility to get an MRI of my spine. The staff there was amazing, facility is absolutely spotless, and the equipment was comfortable and the highest tech. I couldn’t recommend St. Pete MRI more.

I have been going to this place since I was young and I’ve had multiple MRIs and CT’s with contrast without contrast and I have always had a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly. The environment is safe and I will not go anywhere else. I travel for a living as a performer and always come back to Saint Petersburg to have my MRIs done.

Overcharged me for imaging I got done in SEPTEMBER. I've called 3 times and been told they were going to refund me but it would take up to a month and I have yet to receive anything and it's been SEVERAL months.

A terrible experience. They repeated a 45-minute study twice, and when they told me I had to return for a third time, I asked what was happening and if there was any problem. They responded, “No, everything is fine, it’s a technical issue.”The person in charge of scheduling was very rude and showed a complete lack of empathy toward the patient. As a patient, I would never return to this place, and if you are Hispanic, even less. They have no empathy, do not take responsibility for their mistakes, are unprofessional, and play with the patient’s time.Unfortunately, I had no other option and had to use them because they are the resource IMA uses for a clinical study. I’m just relieved this nightmare is finally over.

Sherry was amazing at her job during my MRI. She made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and handled the entire process with professionalism and care. Her positive attitude really helped ease my nerves, and I truly appreciate the experience she provided.
