East Coast Cryo is the go to place for all of your recovery needs! They have an infrared sauna, Cryo chamber, fascial stretching and not to mention the owners are amazing well educated individuals! as far as recovery is concerned there is no one else in this area i would recommend other than East Coast Cryo!

First time today, Marlee was great to show me how to do the cryotherapy, it wasn’t as bad as i thought it’d be, 100% worth it!

I’ve been going to Cryotherapy for the past 10 months can’t say enough about how friendly and professional the owners are. I also would like to acknowledge the staff there as well.
