Been at Invictus since opening day. Such a welcoming and supportive environment of members, coaches, staff. When the WOD is not your vibe, the coaches quickly adapt and customize for you. The gym is always impeccably clean. Wish I could get their gym cleaner to clean my house!

One of the best workout spots in the area. Very spacious. Great environment overall. Solid coaches who are very friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable in technical aspects. Like any CrossFit box, you can scale the workout to match your fitness levels and needs. The community is also very welcoming and motivating.

You guys are the best. The coaches here are so professional and always pay close attention to an old man like me. They notice when my form needs adjustment, carefully guide me through each movement, and consistently check in to make sure I’m comfortable with the pace and weights.I truly appreciate all the nice gestures - from the encouraging nods to the patient explanations of every exercise. The guidances they offer feel personalized, never rushed, and always focused on helping me improve safely. The trainings challenge me just enough to push my limits without overwhelming me. Their patience is remarkable; they never make me feel out of place or behind, no matter how long it takes me to get it right.Everything about this place at Invictus Seattle is world class caliber - from the clean, well-equipped space to the thoughtful coaching. I dropped in for a Hyrox class. The class was great, exactly what I was hoping for. The coach was so welcoming and had great tips. The facility is very nice, great equipment, and has plenty of space. The experience exceeded my expectations and I’m excited to go back!

My family and I were in the area for the weekend and saw Invictus hours worked best for us to stop by. Great gym for us - reason being: more than enough gym space, friendly and knowledgeable coaches, and easy parking and easy to find the gym. Will definitely stop by again when in town. Highly recommend to stop by and workout.

Invictus is the best gym I’ve belonged to, one of the biggest reasons is just that- I’ve felt like I belonged there from the first day I walked in. Management knew my name and welcomed me.I love the coaches and the sense of community. I love working out in a class where we encourage each other and where your classmates become friends.I’ve never been stronger, but what keeps me coming back is the comaraderie.

I did a drop in class on 5/19/26 and found the community very welcoming. The gym is spacious and well maintained, and the signup process was quick and easy. Oh, and the WOD was challenging and I left feeling I got more than my money’s worth.

Taylor is absolutely amazing! She’s incredibly supportive, from helping us pick the perfect music to checking in consistently and cheering us on through the toughest parts of class. Her energy is contagious, and she knows exactly how to push you while keeping the vibe positive. The stretching at the end was exactly what I needed, and I loved how she shared a bit about her own CrossFit journey , it made everything feel more personal and real. So friendly, so uplifting. Truly one of the best!

I’ve been a member of many gyms in the past and Invictus definitely would place Top 3! The gym is incredibly clean, offers great group class sessions, and hours of operation are excellent (especially for those with a tight schedule). I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new gym to try.

I've moved around a fair amount so I've been a member of several CrossFit gyms. Invictus is by far my favorite! They've carefully crafted an environment that's welcoming, fun and challenging for every age and fitness level. The coaches and other members are fantastic, and I have a blast every time I workout.

I'm a member of Invictus San Diego, did a drop in session to Invictus Seattle and had a wonderful experience. The box and overall facilities were immaculate. The coaches and staff were really warm and friendly, and made me feel welcomed. The workout kicked my a$$, but that was expected and the coach did a great job at pushing me while still allowing me to modify as needed. I highly recommend Invictus Seattle and hoping to be back next time I'm in Seattle.

Dropped in for open gym at Invictus while in Seattle and had a great experience all around – warm welcome, great facility, super friendly staff and athletes. Came back for a round two at a free RAD event they were hosting the next day and were wrapped right into the community. Great spot to drop in and train, loved it! Invictus Seattle is a not just gym but great community from starters to pro. I'm sure anyone who stops here would know about it. I have tried different crossfits but this is going to my Top1 with their best programming and custom workshops. They have really knowledgeable coaches and they help understand everyone's request and help them.

Incredible gym, coaching and community! We love to hit up gyms on our travels and this one makes the highlight reel. Super welcoming, excellent communication with the Coach/Owner. Excellent coaching (with some great takeaways!) for a fun, challenging, well-programmed warmup and workout. The space is huge, brilliantly designed, clean and organized with amazing gym equipment and features. Thanks to Coach Justin and the Invictus Seattle community for the hospitality. I am so impressed with the staff and community at this gym. I was in Seattle for work during semifinals and contacted them to see if I could get one of the workouts in. Justin Gehrt responded to me immediately and coordinated a time. While I was doing the workout, there were tons of people cheering for me and supporting me. I am so so grateful for this community. They really made it feel like a home away from home. Also, an incredibly beautiful facility! I can’t wait come back and catch a class!

This is the only gym you should join! The ownership and staff are amazing. This is by far the cleanest gym I've ever been a member of. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and the BEST coaches I've ever come to know. The equipment is always clean and ready to use. Some gyms go cheap and have old Olympic bars, weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, etc, not Invictus Seattle. They do a lot for their members. It doesn't feel transactional. The community involvement is heart warming and the members who workout there are very down to earth people. This is not a Bro gym, it's a wonderful community of people who care, share their knowledge, and fitness experience thoughtfully. I live in Sammamish (Klahanie neighborhood) and drive 25 minutes to be with this community of people who take health and fitness seriously while enjoying the journey of life. Sign up today!
