I called him on Sunday and he showed up on Tuesday, as planned, and started working within minutes of being shown the windows needing repair. We negotiated the job by using text, photos, and the telephone. They were very courteous, professional, and neat--cleaning up after they put the glass in. The windows were 80 year old metal casement of varying sizes, all non standard sizes on two different floors. See,the picture of two finished windows, they have the white glazing.
