I joined Blue Titan almost 4 years ago when I started my semi-retired life. I was a bit tentative being an older athlete, however the coaches were very easy to approach and the atmosphere in the gym was very supportive. This made it easy to want to work out several days a week. Before I knew it the coaches new every one of my weaknesses and abilities. They are always ready to help me scale a move to something I am capable of doing .Over these past 4 years the coaches have helped me improve my life, health, strength and endurance. I now feel more physically fit then I have in decades. What they are teaching you, at any age, will improve your skills and strength.I have found this to be a truly unique experience at Blue Titan, the coaches know every athlete and how to be safe but also motive each person. You get to know the other athletes and it’s easy to workout several times aI week as others help to motivate you at each workout. Kind of hard to imagine but I look forward to working out, and if I don’t make it to the gym, I feel like I missed something. It really is a great place to become CrossFit strong.
