Highly recommend Sunset Strength and Tyler. I get personalized coaching in a fun, small group. Tyler clearly loves what he does and cares for his clients. He's attentive with form, takes time to ensure each client understands the form, modifications, and ways to push at just the right level for them. This is not a place to go to hustle, push yourself to the max, or compete. It's a place to get strong in a well-paced, mindful way that will set you up with a strong foundation and a way to continue growing at your own pace. As a previous Orange Theory client who started with Tyler in "all out" mode, I can attest his method works equally well to support my strength goals with the added benefit of supporting a healthy nervous system - something most gyms and programs do not do well.

It has been the best decision to join Sunset Strength and Conditioning, and especially to get some training from Tyler. Really great experience. I could tell Tyler was really paying attention to my form and helped me tweak it.
