Isaac did an excellent job completing a leak detection for our customer at a remote location in Freeland, WA on Whidbey Island. We are a plumbing company ourselves. He took the initiative to coordinate directly with the homeowner and delivered a very detailed final report. We really appreciated that he went beyond simply locating the leak to include other field observations, potential repair strategies, and the customer’s preferred solutions.For future projects, our only constructive feedback would be to improve proactive communication regarding appointment scheduling and to provide a quick, brief update immediately after the detection work is finished.Overall, it was a great experience. Action Leak Detection five plus wonderful stars.Isaak White carefully listened to our description, gave suggestions to further understand the source of the leak, be it water supply or water drainage, with follow up calls to best prepare to locate the leak. Isaac has all the tools and experience at his disposal to locate a water leak and advise repair. We needed to remove drywall that was damaged by the leak in the supplying line, however that was not necessary to locating the leak or repairing the leak. Ask any plumber, Action Leak Detection is the best solution.

I was so impressed with Issac, he was flexible with his schedule and had a sense of urgency to help. He was able to detect the leak in his first visit, and provide a solution to fix it. We had a different company look for the same issue and they couldn’t even find the meter, didn’t investigate as thoroughly and provided us with a 4 digit estimate when they didn’t even determine the problem. Had a great experience with Isaac from Action Leak Detection, who was recommended by our go to plumbing company when we called them to fix what seemed to be an underground leak. Isaac was out of town when I called but got us set up for an appointment as soon as he was back. Good communication via phone, text, and in person. He quickly detected the underground leak between our house and our water meter at the street despite no visible water pooling (we only detected the leak through our water bill). I'm hopeful that working with him will lower the cost of the plumbing job and minimize the impact on our yard, since the plumbers will know exactly where they need to do the work. He even recommended some work we could do ourselves prior to the plumber's arrival to save a bit of money on that job.
