We cannot express how happy we are with our new wall of windows and door done by Shelton’s Solutions. When we met with Ben Shelton, I had pretty much given up on what I wanted. We had other contractors as well as an Andersen Windows suggested contractor. No one could see our vision of what we wanted. We were given proposals for not much different from what we had and for a good bit of money. We were told with an outside wall, it would be major construction to put in a beam so they both suggested options that I did not want. I was about to give up and Mark said that he saw Josh Shelton on YouTube talking about what they do and the years experience that Shelton’s Solutions had. Being a skeptic about finding someone on YouTube, I also thought, what did we have to lose and that we could at least get their thoughts and suggestions. I can’t tell you how happy I was to be wrong. When we called, Ben came out the next day and he saw what we had in mind. He said it would be no problem to put in LVL beam and he sent us the drawing of the work. It was it! Exactly what we wanted. Once the work started, it was clear to me that we chose the right company for our project. From the moment they pulled up, the crew took great care of our home. Very respectful. They do impeccable work and are completely honest and transparent. We are truly so appreciative of that. Along the way, we asked for a couple of extras with new outlets and outdoor fans and they accommodated that with no problem at all. Everyone is professional, honest and trustworthy. My favorite thing in the morning is to sit with my cup of coffee and enjoy the beautiful view. Mr Ben and his team did an amazing job repairing our floor and girder system. The floor beams were bowed and made our floors uneven. After Mr. Ben and his team jacked up the floors and added new piers, girders and floor joists, our floors are rock solid and will last a very long time. What difference walkkng on our floors make now as there are no dips or uneven spots anymore. The attention to detail in planning and execution of the work was first rate. Was updated throughout as to the progress and plans. We could not be happier with how it went. We have work coming up in the future and there is no other company we want working on our house but Mr. Ben and his team

Highly recommend Shelton Solutions for Home Addition.We decided to add a large kitchen and game room (1100 sq ft) to our existing home, so we set out warily to get three estimates. We hired Shelton Solutions because of the energy and enthusiasm that Ben Shelton showed when he was preparing the bid. He came out several times to double check measurements and to listen carefully in order to understand exactly what we wanted.During the project, Ben was always communicating with us as to what was happening on the project. As with any projects of this size there are always hiccups. Ben was straight forward about any problems or delays. Most importantly he was fierce about making sure we received the detail and quality that we were hoping for. First thanking God for someone who could do the job. I am pleased with Shelton Solutions for the home improvement of flooring support under the house aged about 90 or more years young. 😀 Ben is a knowledgeable and fair contractor and is thorough with explaining the details of the job(s) that are involved. There was no pressure from Shelton Solutions, no hasseling and no haggeling even after I called to get a quote. Later, I hired them and Ben was not hesitant to evaluate flooring under the house.Shelton Solutions crew worked meticulously and arduously. We've used Shelton Solutions for two projects and they did an amazing job on both. They cleared, cleaned and sealed our crawl space. The service was done quickly and well. The owner even came to check the work before accepting the final payment. We also had them help us with mold removal on our floor and wall. They again worked quickly. My favorite thing about Shelton Solutions is how responsive they are to my calls or text messages. It's so appreciated.Unfortunately when I tried to hire them for a third job in February 2023, we were put on a waitlist for 6 months. I followed up in August with no response about our status. I reached out again in October for an update and was told they had 4 projects that month and we were still on the waitlist. I asked if they could please let me know about going with another company and they responded yes if I was on a tight schedule. I waited 8 months because I wanted to work with them. I’m just disappointed. They were kind in their responses to me.

We have loved the transformation of our master bathroom (and entryway foyer) at the hands of Shelton Solutions. They were responsive, understanding, flexible, and committed to quality. As with any major project, we had some bumps along the way. What I appreciated most about Shelton Solutions is that they made sure to handle those bumps directly. Perhaps the thing that I was most pleased with was their responsiveness and willingness to communicate - whether updates on when work was scheduled or answering my questions or helping with the design process. All in all, I recommend Shelton Solutions and would use them again.
