I am ever grateful for having gained a better understanding of personal workout routines including my dedication to them for better health. The gym has just the best staff, clientele and loving atmosphere!

I can’t say enough good things about the people and trainers at ADAPT! My son is a high school senior hoping to play college basketball and has been going there for years. He tore his ACL at the start of his junior year and ADAPT became his home away from home. Kenny, Danny, Kris, Kelsie and the rest of the staff helped him through his rehab so much more than just physically! He put on 15 pounds of muscle during those ten months and those guys were there for him every step of the way! Their sport specific knowledge is second to none but what really sets them apart is their ability to connect with the kids.

Adapt has been the best gym I've ever signed up for. The workouts are interesting, strenuous and beneficial. I really enjoy the personalization of everything we do and Kelsi is a great coach. She's engaged and knows when to push you to finish that final rep. I'd recommend Adapt to anyone who wants to explore what they're capable of.

Not your typical gym or small gym. They offer: Customized workouts, through evaluation of your individual needs, Hyrox affiliated, multiple programs to choose from (nutrition and workout) and always very welcoming and friendly. Adapt trains athletes - such as my high schooler. They are gaining more confidence (in life and sports) and realizing they have more potential in other areas of their sport! I see them so happy after their Adapt training session (and also while training on their own). Adapt has helped me prepare and train for - 1/2 marathons, sprint tri's and everyday life movements (mowing lawn, getting up and down stairs, etc) I plan on being fit for life (for myself and kiddos)! Thanks Adapt coaches!!
