Ashley, Heather, and Matt is an amazing team. From the hot tub purchase through the customer support after the purchase. They help me keep check on my weekly water tests and supplies. It's a family atmosphere with a friend like feeling every time I'm in there. Its a great place and I'd never purchase another hot tub anywhere else.

We had a great experience with Isaacs Pools and Spas. They took our hot tub back to the shop to fix several leaks and pressure test everything, then brought it back and helped me get it fully set up. They did not rush and made sure everything was working the way it should before leaving.They were patient, responsive, fairly priced, and very professional the whole time. Communication was easy, and I always felt like we were in good hands.I will definitely use Isaacs Pools and Spas again for any future hot tub needs. Highly recommend!

I recently sought to compare information and pricing on upgrading some components on my 7 year old Jacuzzi hot tub. I also had a error message that needed to be addressed and decided that having a maintenance call and doing the upgrades at the same time would maybe save time and money. I had done some research on line so I had some general information on options but I still had a few questions. The first business I talked to never asked any questions when I suggested I was interested in a salt water conversion. They just gave me a price and said no problem just call when you're ready for the install. Our "discussion" (or more like transaction) was over in about 3 minutes. I also took note they didn't have any Jacuzzi brand hot tubs on their showroom anymore but since they had previously sold Jacuzzi I figured the salesman had no reason to steer me wrong and knew what he was talking about. Still the whole situation gave me the used car salesman vibes and the price seemed kind of high.I decided to call Issacs for a second price quote. What I encountered with Issacs was completely different. The moment I spoke to the technician it was obvious he was extremely knowledgeable and was very thorough. Instead of just agreeing to install a salt water conversion I was inquiring about or wanting to sell me a product, he questioned why I wanted to make the conversion and what I hoped to achieve. We spent the better part of the next 20 minutes talking about what I hoped to achieve and the options. He was very forthcoming with information available but because my hot tub was a little older he said he wanted to confer with a Jacuzzi technician in California to make sure we had every part of the puzzle solved and all the information was presented to me to make the best decision. Over the next 2 days we exchanged a few more phone calls and I can say he went above and beyond to help me. In the end I was not sold something I did not need for the sake of making money and I was scheduled for the maintenance my unit needed. They were able to schedule my appointment earlier than expected and the service techs showed up promptly. They were both extremely professional and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and all my issues were addressed fully. I will be a lifelong customer of Issacs from here after. I cannot say enough about them from the office to the field, customer service is 5 stars all the way through!

Ashley came and did a drain and refill on my hot tub. The whole process was smooth and easy. Ashley explained everything, cleaned the shell, filters, and made sure all my levels were perfect before leaving. My spa looks brand new again. GREAT SERVICE!!

This is the best spa and pool business I’ve ever delt with . Their service techs Rusty and Brandon are exceptional. I did not at any time think that they were not trustworthy and that’s huge for me ! They were both very knowledgeable and quick. This was the second time they’ve come to my home and both times were exceptional service. I am also dealing with Tracy now for a different issue and she is also exceptionally kind , and helpful . I truly like these folks and will continue to do business with them.?Thank you Isaacs Pools !

We had a great experience with Ashley from Isaac Spa. Isaac was able to schedule her within just a few days of calling, which was impressive. Our hot tub hadn’t been used in a long time per the previous owners (we just moved here a month ago), and Ashley spent hours thoroughly cleaning it and balancing the chemicals. She took the time to explain how to use and maintain the spa, which was very helpful. She was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly—and now our spa looks fantastic. Highly recommend!
