Man if you want real customer service, I cannot recommend this pool and spa store enough. I needed a salt water chlorinator pretty quickly since I had already filled pool before I noticed, ( an expensive replacement part ) mine had busted during the harsh winter. ( I know...I should have brought it in my wife said..lol ) After shopping everywhere and having no luck matching the online Amazon price. Cliff in their Kingsport store went out of his way by getting with Donnie at the Elizabethton/Johnson City store, they picked it up at their warehouse BEFORE THEY WENT TO WORK...A TEAM EFFORT FOR ONE CUSTOMER WHO DIDNT KNOW THEM FROM ADAM. They beat the Amazon price and had it ready the next morning for me to pick up in Kingsport so I wouldn't have to drive any extra! Then I was frustrated trying to hook the parts and a new connector together...Donnie stayed on the phone and walked me through every step...even telling me a little fitting I already had and didn't know it, it was a lifesaver. Man I cannot thank those guys enough! You EARNED my business, and I promise I will be back! Love love to have people who have this standard of customer service. It is priceless...and worth extra $$$! I wanted to repay the favor and felt like they deserved more money...and I don't say that lightly. Again I appreciate you guys so much...my wife said if you are ever looking for a job..you got it. She is the GM at our local Chevy dealership, and preaches that kind of service to her fellow employees...it leaves people smiling and inspires loyalty! Less

Issac’s pools and spas saved me and my sanity. Regretfully I didn’t buy my swim spa from them. The company I did purchase from was no help when it came to the chemicals and upkeep. I went to Issac’s and they have been fantastic. They set up my spa profile in their computer, they test my water for free, when I have a problem with my chemicals I can call the girls and they always solve my problem. I buy all my chemicals from Issac’s, and I refer all my friends. I highly recommend them. Less
