I couldn’t be any happier with not only the purchase of my hot tub but by the people at Isaac’s Pools and Spa’s. Matt who was my salesperson was very helpful and listened to what I was looking for. He helped us to find the perfect spa. Tracy was a complete joy to deal with on the payment side. The crew that delivered the new and removed our old one, again very professional and friendly even with the cold and rainy weather they had to deal with. But I will say Rusty and Brandon who’s in the service department went above and beyond for us. They both laughed with us and taught us so much on the use of our hot tub, even personally calling the next day to make sure everything was working properly. Not taking anything from anyone else there because in all honesty everyone we dealt with went above and beyond, I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a company as a whole with whom I truly felt like we were important more family than just a customer. Rusty and Brandon arrived on time and went about repairing my hot tub in a very timely manner.They had my problem identified almost immediately and instead of needing a replacement jet body like I was told that I needed by another company in August (still can’t get parts according to them) which Rusty and Brandon carried on their truck . It was a simple matter of removing the jet ,sealing with silicone and tightening the back nut (which the other company did not even notice was loose) my leak in my hot tub was fixed . It’s great to find someone who still prides themselves in their work to repair the problem instead of just saying we need a replacement part without even actually checking the problem Less
