It has been the best experience as a beginner here at CrossFit Inglewood. Its motivating and safe environment has allowed me to progress on my health. Would recommend to give it a try.

It’s a very inviting environment that understands each person’s unique goals, strengths, and limitations. It doesn’t have that intimidating and competitive vibe that most other CrossFit gyms promote. There isn’t a whiteboard to track everyone’s WOD time, everyone is trying to do their best without trying to out do each other, and everyone keeps their shirts on. As far as the people go, all of the members are motivated and really supportive, and Mike is one of the best instructors in the industry. He is knowledgeable, encouraging, patient, understanding, and appreciative of all of his members. There is no judgment when scaling a workout, which is something that I’ve been doing each time over the past couple of months. This is the perfect place for those who are new to CrossFit, as well as those who have done it before, but want to train in a much more positive and low threat environment. Joining CrossFit Inglewood is one of the best decisions that I’ve made and I’m looking forward to continuing my training here for a long time. Even if you’re just thinking about it, take advantage of Mike’s free introductory class and free week of membership (both of which are unheard of within the industry). CrossFit Inglewood allows you a free personal workout to determine if you’d be interested joining. Once interested they walk through workouts step by step as well how to use the machines. This gym feels like a Community where there is no judgement and everyone supports one another. I recently joined the gym myself and the instructor adjust the workouts to my current capabilities.

Mike at CrossFit Inglewood is so motivational and keeps me wanting to come back everyday! Thanks to him and his workouts I have gotten stronger and my fitness has improved dramatically! I enjoy working out now, especially at CrossFit Inglewood. I have never been a gym person before. I love that no two days are the same. It’s challenging , but Coach Mike motivates everyone throughout the workouts. It’s also nice to see familiar faces everyday so you’re not feeling so isolated working out. Tanika
Inglewood CrossFit is the best gym in Los Angeles. Coach Mike and staff are so dedicated to making sure everyone knows the proper form for all of the exercises . I enjoy the community there . Everyone is so welcoming. It’s one of thr best decisions I’ve made .

Great atmosphere and classmates, everyone is very encouraging, polite, and fun. The coaches show great care and support in everyone's progress and growth but also in their comfort level, making sure everyone moves at a pace that's appropriate for them. I love the location as it's nearby in Inglewood and am always glad I went by the time class is over!

CrossFit may look scary at first glance on social media. In anything new that we learn it is the teacher that makes the biggest impact on our learning. Coach Mike provides a welcoming and calm demeanor for everyone with a new workout challenge. A gym says a lot about the coach when people come in daily with a positive demeanor and a willingness to learn to get better.

I've been going to the gym since it first opened and I can't say enough good things about my experience. I had never done CrossFit before, so I was a bit intimidated at the beginning, but Coach Mike put me at ease really quick. I really enjoy the Crossfit workout. I was looking for something early mornings, because I really didn’t want to workout after work. I wanted to lift weights as well. CFI offered both. The people are nice and Mike is so cool and accommodating.

CrossFit helps you get in shape!
Crossfit Inglewood is a great gym, especially for beginners, and has a lot of great members. Michael is a great coach and goes over all the movements to ensure everyone is familiar with it and works with you if you have any injuries or any other limitations.
Great instructor, intimate facility, good for beginners and more seasoned athletes. So happy to have an instructor who is knowlegdeable and approachable. It's also a "non-judgement" zone, and women are welcomed and encouraged... Highly recommend!
Great workouts with supportive classmates no matter which class time you're at. Classes and effort are scaled for every athletic ability.
Great place to get your sweat on! The workouts are varied and challenging. The coach is knowledgeable and provides great instruction and encouragement. There is genuine camaraderie among the box members. I highly recommend CrossFit Inglewood.
He makes sure we’re getting the most out of our workouts by taking time to show us how to properly use the equipment and our bodies. Most gyms just want your money, but not here!
This CrossFit box is like no other. From the second you step your foot in the door you feel welcomed by fellow athletes and the owner. Coach Michael really takes the time to breakdown what CrossFit is, the movements, and how the classes operate. If you are new or curious about CrossFit this is the box to visit.
This has got to be one of the hardest things I have ever done but the trainer Micheal is very encouraging. I love the fact that he goes over techniques and mechanics to ensure you are safe and actually getting the full effects of work outs. Check him out you won't be disappointed.

Attended the introductory class last week and my first on-ramp class yesterday. I have to commend coach Michael for his instruction and encouragement. I am looking forward to the formal opening.
