These guys are a joke and are anything but professional. They should change the name to "Unprofessional Electrical" as it would better describe my experience. Don't let them anywhere near your electrical panel. When you do call them on their shoddy work, they pretend to not get emails, stop returning your calls and ignore you. Had them out to change a breaker on the panel for my central air unit as my last central air unit quit and blew the breaker. Started having issues the following summer with the new air conditioner cutting out even though it was a brand new central air unit. Cooling and heating guys diagnosed it was an electrical issue. Called back Professional to come out on a weekend as they advertise 24 hour service. They said they couldn't get out to me for at least 2 days (this was Saturday). Found another company who would come out one-time, turned out the guys from Professional never even screwed the breaker in completely and only pushed the wires into the new breaker without securing them in place. The wires were black from all the arcing. These "Professional" guys could have started a fire in my panel and burnt down my house. When I went back to the owner (Sandy) and called him on the shoddy work looking for a credit for the $400 he charged, he pretended to have not received my emails, stopped returning my calls and ignored me. Really professional Sandy. Ended up having to pay to get the job done twice. That's what you get with these guys. I'm curious to see what the "Owner Response" will be. I hired this company on Monday of this week. It was not a positive experience due to what I believe was a very high fee, a pricing model that follows a "flat rate" system, and odd customer service. The problem persisted throughout the week. I contacted them on Thursday after an outlet I had requested be looked at on Monday but was not, stopped working. To this company's credit, they sent a technician out that day. I spoke directly with the same individual all day and she was pleasant and understanding. The technician arrived and fixed the issue free of cost. He also provided a quote to address the issue that appears persistent throughout my home. I very much appreciated this service. I still have questions re: pricing model however I was satisfied with the outcome and am grateful this company was able to fix the electrical issue effectively and efficiently. Called because we had some issues with breakers in our house. Gabby was able to set an appointment for us quickly! She also kept in touch to let us know of changes and was very professional! Very professional and on-time, excellent customer service and very thorough.

Raj arrived soon after we called and made the repair. He was polite, respectful and explained the work he would do.

Waited 3hr +. Called back few times in about every 1 hour interval and was told about 40 min & another 30 min then 10 extra min. Still nowhere near.

Raj was fast, friendly and efficient - also had service call within an hour of phoning which as excellent. However, I thought the price grid method a little expensive at $300 for 20 mins of work.

Our house was built in 1957. You can imagine the renovations,additions and patchwork over the years! Today Raj arrived in the morning and left at 4:30. He found solutions for every issue we had! He is a very professional and personable young man. He was patient and clear when answering our questions. We have a one-year warranty and all is well. We certainly recommend this company...and Raj!
