Ravi was pleasant and offered a price to do some further modifications to my electrical service (240V service to garage).I need to follow up on that discussion and get a written quote.I have used Professional Electric for three jobs prior to this instance. Recently moved to a new home and it needed a lot of electrical upgrades . The major update was working on the kitchen exhaust. I contacted several electricians and no one was willing to help on this . At last we found professional electrical. I would not use them again. Installed a broken Circuit Breaker. We paid to update all our circuit breakers and they think installing a circuit breaker with a half broken handle is good enough. They promised they would come back and change it. It has been over 3 months. We were patient and let them know anytime they can come by and change it. They won't reply to their email now. Their main worker that does the work constantly tries to undercut their boss and keeps offering us his side jobs. Did a dirtly looking job with installing our kitchen vent. Again, Their main worker kept telling me" we shouldn't be doing this kind of job" all because they couldn't bring the right kind of blade to cut a hole in the cabinet . Something their boss who gave us the estimate should have let us know. We paid thousands and they can't come back to change 1 circuit that their worker deliberately installed despite being broken. Overall wouldn't give them my business again.

They did the job satisfactorily, but $400 to disconnect a neon ballast and rewire for the new bulbs seems excessive. Despite their opinion, I still think that installing a new fixture, which I had suggested, would have been better! Also, the technician, while courteous in his manners, expected me to be his assistant and asked to use the bathroom and microwave. I have no problem with any of this, but altogether it made for a less than satisfactory experience.
