He was so knowledgeable about homes and the neighborhood and everything that our house needed. He gave us all of the information upfront and let us know what our options were for our home. We were able to sell as is without having to put in any effort or additional costs, and Gunnar took care of everything for us. He was truly a godsend, and helped us find our forever home for our family and we could not be happier! They offered what the house was realistically worth PLUS we didn't need to spend money making needed repairs OR putting all of our cra... umm... excess possessions(!) in storage for those silly Open Houses and showings at weird strange times PLUS no inspections fees PLUS it was okay if we left a mess behind PLUS many ot...
