Looked on line and saw videos of the FlexArm Tap Machines. To be honest the videos made tapping look incredibly easy. If something looks too easy to be true, it usually is! I requested pricing info and received a call, which was a surprise. Still debating the purchase I received a follow up call a week later. I explained my need to Bryan and he found a machine that would work for my project at a price I could afford. The machine was delivered very quickly with everything exactly as I requested. I downloaded the complete machine/setup instructions and it was simple to have it up and running in no time! I was amazed, not being familiar with a tap machine, how easy the setup-to-tapping actually turned out to be. Programming the remote for a new TV takes more setup than the FlexArm tap machine. Bryan Finfrock is the sales person to call, ask for him, he will do whatever it takes to get you tapping with a quality machine, backed by a quality American manufacturer. Note: I considered a machine from China. Yes, they are less expensive. You have to wait weeks for it to arrive, and you may and may not have instructions in English. If a part is missing that will cost you more time. I can’t vouch for the quality of a China machine, but the FlexArm S-36 I received is top of the line and built to tap anything. I've had one of these tapping arms for over 10 years. If you do not have rigid tapping on a VMC these tapping arms are an incredible tool if you need to do a lot of tapping. We now have rigid tapping on our CNC but we still use this for certain applications. I absolutely love our tapping arm!

Flex Arm is a wonderful assistant for manufacturing. We have decided to use our Flex Arm for deburring parts, instead of a drill press. The operators do not need to pick up each individual part and can easily move the Flex Arm to a desired position. Stephen offers great support, for their product.

We have owned a FlexArm for over 20 years. It is one of our favorite tools. The Tap-o-matic is buried in a drawer somewhere and near obsolete. We have ours on a steel table with casters so we can move it over to the lasers to tap holes as we bring off the bed. We love this amazing tool.
