I’ve had 3 sessions of laser hair removal and this spa is by far the best, treatment is basically painless, very effective, safe and completely worth it especially darker skin types! Absolutely recommend this place plus the staff are knowledgeable friendly and licensed!! I did thorough research before choosing Innova and it came up as the number one place to go for laser and many other services!

I see Dr. V and she is wonderful. I call her the “female Dr. House”, extremely thorough and was able to get my health better after months and months of regular medicine only making me more ill. What I do NOT recommend is to bring your husband/significant other to your appointment - the laser tech, Tammy, is a trashy woman with poor morals. She started having an affair with my (now ex) spouse while she knew he was married. I certainly wouldn’t let someone with such poor judgement anywhere near my skin or body! Needless to say, I only do telehealth appointments now. If Dr. V wasn’t such a bada$$, I would have switched clinics at first notice.

I want to recommend Giselle at Innova for Lip Blush and facials. The lip Blush was a tolerable treatment. She made sure I was numb good enough before continuing the work, very detailed and sweet. I was pleasantly surprised by how well-organized they are. I didnt wait long, and they promptly guided me to the procedure room to receive my IV. I love the water bubble walls!Dr Mora demonstrated extensive knowledge and expertise. She patiently answered all my questions and made sure to explain every detail of my IV treatment. I felt at home.I highly recommend Innova for anyone in need of IV or high quality services. I went based on an advertising ad on instagram!!!! MAJOR RIP OFF. I arrive and I’m told it would take 8 sessions at $250 a pop….$2000 oh but there’s a package that will save you $50!!!! Definitely do not recommend OVERPRICED!!!!
