These guys truly created a masterpiece with our home. Every cut, corner and nail was perfectly placed. When we had small changes, they were quick to fix them. After expressing my reservations about moving forward, the persistence from Grapevine Pro became borderline invasive. It was a blatant disregard for my feedback and a clear indication that they were more interested in hitting their sales targets than in building a genuine customer relationship. Grapevine did a wonderful job replacing our roof from the start of the project to the final roof. Workers were very efficient and took care to make sure things did not get damaged. Worked very hard to finish the entire job from rip off to new shingles within one day. Grapevine handled coordination of getting materials, dumpster and all paperwork. Grapevine is a local company that met those expectations for me so I was excited to see if my family and I could work with them and they came in with a lot of knowledge of the products and the right way to install them all to maximize the warranties, and the functionality of the new roof. The team that installed the roof was incredibly hardworking on a really difficult day- the day of install was over 90 degrees and very humid but they did a great job. Almost nothing was left behind for the day after check- a small piece of plastic was all we could find after the install team worked right up to sunset to get the job done. The service representative was very professional, although I did find it peculiar that he asked who I lived with. He booked me the very next day to come out for an estimate. A different person later called back that evening to confirm my appointment for tomorrow’s estimate. During this conversation is where I get turned off. The person asked why I was looking into getting a new roof and I tell him after all the heavy rain we got the last three days, my roof leaked in one spot. I told him I’ve owned the house for the last 13 of its 41 years of existence and I don’t know how old the roof is but it’s probably time. He then begins to tell me they like to come inside my house to look at the ceilings and possibly identify any other issues. HOW ABOUT CHECKING MY ROOF SHINGLES AND SEEING WHAT KIND OF CONDITION THEY ARE IN FIRST? He then confirms that I’m married and asks if my wife will be there. WHAT? He then tells me they like both homeowners to be present. I tell him with our schedules being opposite that would be difficult. He stays fixated on this topic and I finally say, “Do you think my wife knows anything about roofs?” He laughs and says his doesn’t either but he goes right back to wanting us both there. It became obvious to me that they want the woman of the house present so they have a better chance of up selling/tacking on extras. WHO ARE YOU TO DICTATE THE TERMS OF MY HOME REPAIR THAT I AM PAYING FOR AND WHY DO YOU CARE SO MUCH? Since he wouldn’t move on and say okay and come out and give me the estimate, I simply said well I’m sorry for wasting your time I guess this isn’t going to work. He was fine with that. They urge you to make a decision at that moment and if you don’t their cost increases by 3k. I had to tell the saleswoman three times that we just needed the weekend to talk about, can’t sign a contract at this very moment given it is such a big project. She started questioning why we needed to speak about it and started negotiating 5k lower! Now we know she was clearly highballing at first but this turned into a very clear indication that she needed to close this deal. We did not appreciate that at all, along with the amount of time she spent in my house. 2 hours I'll never get back. Make sure you read reviews and a big red flag is when a company only has all good reviews and only 2 bad. No body is that perfect. Less

Grapevine installed a new roof and new siding on my house. My house had wood shingles on it and looked like it was falling apart. We expressed interest in replacing our 20+ year old roof. Ron and James came out to take a look. They spent the time explaining the entire roofing system; it’s really like no other out there. I was clueless on what a proper roofing system should entail, but now I know! They also did an interior/exterior inspection while they were here. We were given a quote on the spot, and had several options for the type/color shingle we wanted. We gave the go ahead, and they came out within a few days. A complete strip down and entire roof installation was completed the same day. They protected the house and property while doing the work, cleaning as they went. I really can’t say enough about how awesome the roof came out, nor about the professionalism from top to bottom, start to finish. There’s no way we were going to get the same quality, product, workmanship, and experience (for that price) with another company- we would’ve paid more and gotten less due to our lack of knowledge. If we need any repairs or house upgrades going forward, we’ll be calling these guys! Less
