The staff were all friendly. The price was very reasonable. I was in and out pretty quickly but they seemed to be thorough despite the efficiency. The store manager himself even took the time to talk to me and showed me how to reset my oil change reminder in my car.

Quickly after I pulled up I was greeted by Ricky. Even though I got there about 45 minutes before closing he was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I was in and out in a few minutes. He topped off the other fluids and answered my questions. The price was right and I'll be back!

After leaving the shop I noticed my truck was running rough and did not sound good, check my gauges and my oil pressure was at 1 psi. Turns out my oil was not refilled and my engine was empty.

This is the second time I’ve used Costa for a full synthetic service, and just like the first time, I was impressed. Great customer service, in and out quickly, and as a woman I appreciated that absolutely nobody tried to upsell me on services I didn’t request. Take my money, Costa, you guys are the best!

Misleading coupon and SLOW. Between a car in front of me that was already being worked on and my own wait, AN HOUR. 10 minutes, my foot. And that whole $39 facebook coupon? Nope. It ended up being $55 after a "shop fee" and the filter. The extra charges aren't mentioned on the coupon. For a company that claims itself to be ethical and fast, neither appears true.

Called here to avon location and told them how westlake location overfilled my oil and would not do nothing about it. Ricky the manager here told me come on up we will take care of you. When I went up there he gave me oil change free of charge, definitely come to avon location stay away from westlake location.

Don’t go here. There was a $45 Groupon for full synthetic change. The toothless crackhead who attended to me said based off my car I would need to pay an additional $54.15. Well a) that’s more than their most expensive change; b) it’s my wife’s 2018 Pacifica. Not exactly a premium car that would need special oil. When I said “so basically the Groupon is useless?” He said “yep pretty much.”

These guys are excellent! Very reasonably priced and legit only 10-15 minutes for the total service. Great loyalty program where every 10th oil change is free and I also like that they offer top offs on any fluids at anytime between oil changes. Always running some solid deals or specials. Service team is very nice and quite informative too. Give them a shot!

Always a crapshoot going here. They either close shop early or all hide in the back. Tonight was the 3rd time I pulled up during posted business hours (5:10 pm Thursday) and though the lights were on, the neon "open" sign was turned off and there was no sign of life inside.

Quickly changed the oil on my 2011 Ford Focus. The Bad.. The shields under my car rattle so bad, that it's driving me crazy. Will go back to have them tighten them up, but am always pressed for time.

The filter is easily accessible from the top, and the drain plug is well behind the skid plate. Again, no reason to even touch it. After an hour of waiting with zero communication on what was going on, I saw in the reflection of a nearby window that my skid plate was on the ground. I asked what was going on, and it wasn’t until then that I was informed. I was asked to return the following morning for them to repair, and told that I would be, “in and out.” 2 1/2 hours later (after sitting on a concrete curb), I pulled out and headed to work (which I was already 3hrs late for). I get to work, and find the front end of my truck covered in oil (under the hood, under the truck, all over my front bumper), what seems to be oil dripping from my skid plate, no washers to replace the ones that previously existed, and WAY undersized bolts to replace the previous existing as well. As polite as the crew was, I pulled out with my truck being hacked up. “Pissed” isn’t even the word! After spending 3 1/2 hours waiting for them to fix a problem that should have never happened in the first place (as there is no reason to remove the skid plate for an oil change), to hand my truck back to me in this condition?!?! My truck was in pristine condition before I pulled in, and now it’s hacked and covered in oil. Absolutely unacceptable!! Less

Great service and super quick! I purchased a voucher through Groupon for a synthetic blend up to 5 quarts. They were out of synthetic blend at the time, so they upgraded me to full synthetic for free. They also gave me an extra quart on the house since my car took 6 quarts. Will definitely be taking my cars here for oil changes from now on!

I usually do not write reviews, but I had exceptional service at a very reasonable price. They even vacuumed the leaves from under the car hood and filled the tires. Service was fast with no wait. I have been to many oil change places, and this has been, by far, the best service and also the lowest priced. I will definately be back!

I am going on a road trip today and needed a last minute oil change. I didn't need an appointment I just drove in they changed my oil very quickly and they were very nice. I highly recommend the Costa Oil in Avon.
