Horrible customer service. Horrible communication. I lost thousands of dollars in landscaping because they do not communicate and, as I was told today, “we are just short staffed.” This, after they committed to come when I was home to insure coverage. They talk a good line with plenty of apologies but apologies do not get the job done. Buyer beware. —- btw, we’ve been customers for over a decade and been promised to have a manager call to no avail. It’s either a drought or too much rain… but they can never promise when they can get here and when they do, except for once, they do as they please with no input regarding my priorities. I did call early this morning, the woman I spoke with promised she or the owner would call me back today. It is 5:27pm and no call has been received.

Automatic Rain installed my irrigation system at my residence 13 years ago. They have provided me excellent service since day one. They are very professional and responsive to calls for maintenance as well as winterizing my system in the fall and putting it back in operation in the spring. They often provide helpful information for keeping the system up to date and making improvements, and their service technicians are personable and respectful. I would not hesitate to recommend Automatic Rain for installation and maintenance of irrigation systems. They are a great organization, always so helpful.

The guys at auto rain did a great job on my irrigation system I had installed. They showed up on time and was finished in 2 days. They tried extremely hard not to damage front yard that was sodded a year ago. Minimal damage but was expected overall they did a great job and I would recommend them. Thanks for the hard work. This is the first year after installation, and I needed to have the system activated and turned on for the spring. I had an electrical problem that was not Automatic Rain's fault, but they sent Mike out to meet with me and fix it for me. It was a simple fix, and he was more than accommodating to my schedule, which I appreciate. I highly recommend their company!

Dewey and his crew came and knocked it out in one day! Automatic Rain worked with me to replace landscape that was struggling with plants that had a better chance to thrive/survive in a mostly shaded area. We also replaced mulch with River rock. This is one on the few contractor experiences that I’ve had, where everything went as discussed/planned. Would definitely recommend these folks to others. Thanks
