On a Saturday afternoon, we discovered that the wheels on my extra large treadmill were spaced too wide to go up and down the UHaul ramp, leaving us no other way to get it moved. I called a few moving companies only to find them either closed, or requiring me to interact with some AI chat interface which is always frustrating. But then I stumbled upon 7B Movers and called them. And Maurice actually answered the phone! And he heard me out. So despite the fact that they have the usual minimums for hours and such, he allowed for an exception since I just had the one item and was trying to get this done before I had to turn in the UHaul truck. He arranged for one of his guys to meet us Saturday evening to get the job done! I was impressed and very pleased!! Not only did Maurice actually answer the phone, but he was flexible and accommodating, and his crew member was more than just muscles, he was very responsive, polite, professional and he proposed the right approach to handling that heavy, awkward treadmill. I will definitely recommend them and will use them again for my moving needs!

Aden and Russ helped me move an antique piano from Sandpoint to Bonners Ferry. They did an absolutely professional job and showed a level of care above and beyond what I expected. On top of that, they were very kind! I will definitely use 7B for my next moving job
