After moving to the area over 5 years ago, I really struggled to find a gym that worked around my "mom schedule". I joined SMF in August of 2025 and I couldn't be happier with my decision! The variety of classes, the knowledgeable and motivating instructors, as well as the upbeat and friendly atmosphere are just a few of the many reasons why I love this gym! SMF provides Kids Zone which is invaluable to me as I wouldn't be able to workout most days without it! Not to mention, my girls love the instructors and the fun activities that they set up to run out their pent up energy 😆. Lastly, I love being supported and motivated by the other members! This is something that I've never experienced anywhere else! I highly recommend that you give this gym a try!

I absolutely love this gym. I started coming in January 2025, and it’s become a lifestyle. It’s a genuinely supportive group of women who actually show up for each other, and I’ve gotten close with so many of them.What sets this place apart is the personal touch; you’re not just another membership fee. If I disappear for a few days, the owner checks in to make sure I’m doing okay and reminds me to get back into class. She’s invested in your goals even on the days you’re not motivated.

Love everything about SMF! I have been attending classes for several years and can not imagine leaving this gym community. They have everything I need, from yoga to cardio to strength training. I feel encouraged and challenged with each session. The gym has since expanded to 2 separate rooms. Each equipped with different equipment and vibes. The versatility and variety this gym has to offer goes unsurpassed.

I have been coming here for 2 months now. I was looking for new ways to exercise. Fell in love with the 15 15 15 spin class and stayed ever since for everything they offer. From a spin class to crazy 8 to strength training so many options for you to become the best version of you! One of my favorites is Tabata boot camp. Check it out and see what your possibily is!
