I joined CFH around a month ago with no prior CrossFit experience and a very average base of fitness. The coaches have been extremely helpful (and patient!) whilst I learn and to add to it every member is very welcoming. It’s a very challenging but rewarding start and I’m looking forward to continuing to grow!

Only recently joined Crossfit Hurstville a couple months ago and don’t regret the decision at all. I'm finally back into training after a stint overseas. There are new faces and many old ones and as always, the coaches are just as amazing and supporting of my journey back to the level of fitness I want. CFH is more than just a gym. It’s a community of people that support each other to be the best and healthiest version of themselves. Have been challenged and encouraged from the first day I walked in until now, more than a year later. The variety in the programming always keeps things interesting and fun too.

The coaches here are absoulate legends, they actually care about you personally and your training, always trying to help individual reach their goals. The coaches are great and the amazing support and encouragement I have received from everyone else in the community is wonderful. It doesn't matter where you are at with your level of strength and fitness there is a workout option for you. Highly recommend!

This is the best crossfit gym in the area! Everyone from the coaches to the members are warm, friendly and welcoming. The programming is done to perfection and can be adapted to any level from beginner to advance; which is amazing! Would recommend this to anyone looking for a challenge, for a new way to train, or for fun!

I’m a newbie and everyone has made me feel welcomed, everyone is so supportive and encouraging. The coaches are great and are always happy to help. My kids also do the kids program and they are loving every minute of it. Our family is so happy we’ve joined such a fantastic community 😊

Great gym, great coaches but the thing that stands out for me is the friendly welcoming atmosphere and all the other people. I thought being much older than most that I would be out of place but quite the opposite, everyone supports each other to get through the workouts.
