I’ve been going To see Jason Goldstein At AlignLife chiropractic Since September 2023. when I started with him, I was having chronic pain in my back and my neck. I’m still having some issues with the neck, not the back as much, but it’s still pretty early, he told me with my results from my x-rays he placed me in phase one close to phase 2, which he said would take 12 to 16 months to get me back to normal. I’ve been going to see him for five months and I’m noticing improvement in my back, and a little bit in my neck. But I realize I still have a ways to go. I’ve went with years of dealing with terrible leg pain, which hindered me during flare ups unable to do day to day activities without pain when walking. I started chiropractic adjustments with alignlife in December of 2021 with a lot of pain. Dr. Willey took an X-ray of my spine and showed me where my problem areas were and explained it would take a year of adjustments to notice a big difference. It’s been about 7 months and I already feel a big difference. I came here with a lower back problem from a accident at work, and these guys really helped me get back into shape. They also helped me find out things that I didn’t even know that were causing me problems! I was honestly surprised at how much detail they put into finding out, and explaining what the problem is and what to do to prevent it, and what type of adjustments they were going to do. I was not sleeping through the night and had constant dull pain in my low back. This could be from the rear end auto accidents and/or poor posture at the computer when working.
