Dropped into Crossfit Unrivaled today and Coach Finn lead our class. Can't say enough about the cleanliness of the gym and how welcoming all there staff was. It apparently was Coach Finn's first solo class and he looked like a real vet out there commanding the room. I definitely appreciated the intense line jumping that occurred to warm up the calf's for the run today. Recommend x100 for your fitness goals.

This was my first time joining a group exercise environment, and I was definitely nervous. I have no experience with barbells, and now that I am 59 I consider myself “old”—lol. But everyone has been so welcoming and, more importantly, incredibly encouraging. They’re always cheering each other on! I didn’t know what to expect, but I absolutely love it. I had been searching the area for a program that works for me. The coaches really care and watch members to prevent bad form or injuries. The programing is amazing with warm ups thoroughly preparing you for the workout. During my trial class, what really convinced me was when I was getting ahead of myself and Coach scaled me back so I wouldn’t hurt myself. Check my ego at the door.

This place, its coaches, and its community of members may have saved my life. I was 372 pounds of alcoholic mess when I took the leap in 2022. 2 years later, down to 295, sober, and in some of the best shape of my life at almost 50 years old. It’s not just a place to work out. You will make lifelong friendships here and it’s a lot of fun. Very clean gym too, the owner Drew keeps it spotless. I’m addicted to CrossFit now, not booze.
