Amazing place to get a workout in. This place is not just a gym, it’s a place to decompress and get treated like family. Everyone is always so welcoming and the coaches are awesome, very helpful, and patient. They also give free trials. I did my free trial about 2 years ago after hesitation and instantly fell in love and haven’t looked back since. 100/10 recommend.

Coach Richard is my absolute favorite. He is so patient and kind and explains the movement and is always willing to help anyone with their form. The gym is always clean and the music is perfect for the workout. The vibe is literally the best and I look forward to every class I take!

CrossFit Fortius East is a place that has it all. Far fewer places would be at the caliber of this place. Everyone is friendly, encouraging and supportive. A place of no judgment but people just pushing each other to get better everyday. It’s the kind of place where you look forward to showing up everyday.The environment is positive, motivations and very family oriented. Something special was built here not just a gym but a community. I’m really glad I found this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get stronger, in shape or push themselves while being part of a great community.

CrossFit Fortius East is the best!!! The coaches motivate me to push myself beyond what my mind is capable of, yet are understanding of some of my physical limitations and help me find ways to tailor my workout. The classes are awesome and have a great community of military, fire, and police.

Great location. Awesome hours. Coach Richard is amazing. He’s attentive to the various skill levels and abilities - much appreciated by the out-of-shape middle-aged couch potato (me). He’s knowledgeable and a physical beast! Muscles in his hair, I’m sure. The other crossfitters aka beasts are friendly and supportive. A tribe of physically minded individuals encouraging others to beast-out. I’m currently in the flabby dying stage of the game but I die a little less each time. That being said, after completing the first class I felt very much beast-like. Still can’t see muscles but in my head I’m killing it!

Joining this CrossFit gym has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my fitness and overall mindset. From day one, the energy, professionalism, and community spirit have been next-level. Coach Tonyis incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and truly pushes you to be your best. The workouts are challenging but always scalable, and the community is so supportive. I’ve seen real progress in both strength and confidence. Highly recommend!

Great coaches, great gym set up, and a welcoming environment. Coaches are very knowledgeable on form and technique. Friendly people with different skill levels so it feels easy to fit in. Definitely recommend for everyone interested in or already doing CrossFit.
