What started off as my husband bringing his new car in for tinting and ceramic coated ended with me getting my car cleaned and the ceramic coating checked and topped up. Absolute rockstars. From quoting the works to its execution, Hassan has been stellar in his communication and dealings with me. The front assembly on my Outlander looks good as gold. Just keep it Fresh say that the provide a world class service and boy are they not wrong, these guys are what they say and what they stand for. They looked after my car like a baby over the past 24 and were also heaps patient in my return on their loan car past business hours. Much appreciated on all accounts, Hassan! Absolutely blown away by the attention to detail, workmanship and most importantly customer service. Usually, people are very nice before securing the job and change afterwards. But Jess, Lina and the owner Terry are incredible. There was a minor concern I had after I got my ceramic coating done and the entire team out of their way to solve the issue for me. Their after care and customer service is excellent. Highly recommend. If any one needs any sort of work done with their cars with regards to ceramic coating, Paint protection etc - this is the place to go! Just genuine people doing what they love and providing excellent customer service. 10/10, highly recommend! Will be bringing all of my future cars here and recommending to all my friends!

Coming back to review again! Finally visiting after so long. Experience has been great and they have been so friendly and easy to deal with! For me, even when cost was an issue, they don’t gate keep on how to do certain things myself after getting my car tinted, cut and polish. Highly recommend!

I recently had a ceramic coating done on my Tesla Model 3, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The car looks absolutely incredible—better than the day I picked it up. A job half done is not a great one.There were still buffing marks, old marks that weren’t removed, and nail scratches under the door handles after the ceramic coating. They said they would fix it, but I never heard anything back. Disappointing attention to detail and follow-up.
