I hate I cannot offer another 5-star review, as Travis is a very nice guy. But All In took shortcuts, including not prepping properly for seeding, not using preemergent and not covering the seed in any way (the birds had a feast!) There are bald patches in the birds' favorite places for dinner and the weeds are CRAZZZY and it's going to be costly to get under control. Clearly, from the other reviews they are capable of doing a fantastic job. My advice: If you go with All In, use my review as a cautionary tale to say/ask the things you think should be a given for lawn pros (i.e. you are going to cover the seeds? You are going to do preemergent?)

I was driving behind one of your trucks yesterday, and it was hauling a trailer piled with debris that completely blocked the truck’s brake lights. The trailer didn’t have working brake lights. I had no warning when they slowed down and almost slammed into them with my kids in tow.This is extremely dangerous and completely unacceptable. If you’re going to operate like this on public roads, you’re putting people at risk. Fix it before someone gets seriously hurt.I even tried to talk to the drivers about it, but they barely spoke English, and the one who did just laughed it off and didn’t seem to care. Super unprofessional.

So happy with our mulch job! The yard looks amazing and totally refreshed. The crew was friendly, fast, and clearly knew what they were doing. Everything was cleaned up perfectly afterward. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping work.
