Organising a fence was extra complicated due to logistics (not standard fence build) and having to negotiate with an extremely difficult neighbour. It was absolutely stressful. After struggling to get in touch with several other businesses, I liked that this business was very responsive. I was desperate to get some privacy and security, and had a limited budget, so it was also great finding someone who would allow delivery without install (however I would get install if your budget permits as it took several days to figure out where to dig holes, how to cut custom panels, and get it level). Even though I did not purchase install the owner was offering support over phone; they showed a genuine care for their customers. Less
