Mark is very knowledgeable and has fixed two of our 3D printers. He even taught us how to how to troubleshoot these types of issues. That information was very helpful because even though there are a lot of videos online it's sometimes hard to find the right video for your exact issue.

Took my printer to get repaired, he estimated $200 for the amount of time it would take to fix, went to pick it up and he was able to get it done a lot quicker than expected and only charged $50. Definitely will be coming back for any repairs, overflow printing that I need to get done here as well as recommending friends who bug me about 3D printing (haha) to check this place out!
