We’ve been bringing our son here for a few months now. The whole place is amazing, from the gym equipment and rooms, to the boxing ring….. and the people!!!!! I feel extremely lucky to have come upon this establishment that treats its members like an extended family instead of a member number. Herb the owner is so friendly and kind. He always greets everyone with a smile. I’ve never seen a time where he wasn’t working with someone or working on himself, setting an example. Cesar, Richard and Joseph have been so patient with my son during his one-on-one lessons and during group classes. I’ve seen such a positive improvement in my son and it’s because of them. I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone!

This place is my second home! Staff here really makes me feel like family! The coaches are very knowledgeable in the fitness and boxing world. Personally, I go here for the Boxing experience. Coach Ceasar teaches in a very calm professional manner and makes classes a fun learning experience... and Coach Herb is always providing knowledge in regards to injury recovery, strength and conditioning, and fat loss... DEFINITELY SOMETHING YOU DONT WANT TO MISS.
