Had an issue with blocked drains/sewer, called on Sprint Plumbing. They came within an hour and had no issues sorting it out. Everything they needed were in the van and no need to make use of outside help. Elmar and his assistance is a real joy to meet and very knowledgeable. And to top it off, the price was briliant! Elmar was prompt and obliging. However, I do feel that your hourly fee of R650 is excessive and that the 2 hours I was charged for cleaning out taps and valves could have been done in a lot less time! My low pressure problem was not solved in that time.

The plumber that came out to do the job, Tony, was very professional and knowledgeable and had no problem working after hours to find and fix the leak. Have a flat roof so roof sheets had to be lifted. Came back the next day to complete fasten and seal the sheets as committed. Great service overall.
