I asked Eileen of American River Notary to perform a mobile notary in the North Natomas area. This notary was to be used in an apostille process that I was going to manage. I only needed the mobile notary from Eileen. Eileen performed the task at hand with no issues. When the notary was presented to the Secretary of State (SoS) for an apostille, an issue was raised and the apostille was not performed. I discussed the issue at hand with Eileen and it was clear the SoS did not fully understand the law and apostille procedure. Eileen took it upon herself to come by my home and provide me with an updated notary that would address the SoS concerns, even though the procedure followed by Eileen was correct. I submitted the updated notary to the SoS and the apostille was issued successfully I would highly recommend Eileen for the prompt support and resolution to the 'issue'. She clearly wanted to make the process work for me, regardless of the 'issues' at the SoS. Again, the SoS did not understand what they were doing, but Eileen made it right so I can be successful.
