Schad has had a positive influence on my health journey! He is patient, supportive and very knowledgeable. His most unique quality is being able to quickly adapt the workout to my specific needs each time I come in. Each workout is different and I like that he focuses on stretching to avoid injuries. This was a workout like no other! Coach Schad took me through a full body workout that helped build a foundation for all of my Ironman training. He was very detailed in the instruction & exercise form. I have some wrist issues and he made sure the exercises we strengthened my joints.
