We cannot say enough wonderful things about Chef Tonyโs!The Proteus Syndrome Foundation recently hosted our biannual conference dinner here, bringing together more than 100 patients, families, children, and medical professionals and Chef Tony and his entire team went above and beyond to make the evening truly special.From the very beginning, Chef Tony was incredibly communicative, accommodating, and easy to work with. Planning an event of this size, with families, children, and a variety of dietary needs, can be challenging, but he made the entire process feel seamless. He was responsive, flexible, and genuinely invested in making sure our guests had a wonderful experience.And the food was absolutely delicious! Our guests raved about the meal, and there was something for everyone. The quality, portions, and presentation were fantastic, and everything came out beautifully despite the size of our group.Most importantly, the service was incredible. The entire staff was welcoming, attentive, patient, and kind throughout the evening. Julio in particular personally made sure everything was set up to our liking and was readily available the entire night to handle anything. The whole staff handled a very large group with such professionalism and made our families feel genuinely cared for.Chef Tonyโs was the perfect place for such a meaningful evening for our foundation. We are so grateful to Chef Tony and his team for helping make our conference dinner such a memorable success.
