Service was great! The Dr and staff are all very welcoming and know what they are doing! They ask very good questions to understand what’s going on and their exam is actually effective compared to some other chiropractors in the area. I definitely recommend their services. I’ll provide another update after I go in on Monday to see what my X-Ray looks like and get my adjustment.

Dr. Laali and his staff have drastically helped me!!! I did a little over 6 months of PT back in 2019 because I was having really horrible sternum pain and popping, and I’ve been seeing him since. Instructional charts are given to you for guidance* After every session I received a quick massage and spinal adjustment. Total appointment time:45 minutes to 1 hr. While it seemed a little tedious to spend this much time twice a week to perform simple routines in office the process has worked wonderfully for my neck pain, and doctor is flexible with any time constraints. Dr Laali is excellent, I noticed a big improvement after the first couple of sessions when I had back problems, he helped me and got me back in shape. Now I only go for regular maintenance, or if I have any other issue. His staff is awesome, they always do their best if I need a last minute visit.

I went for initial appointment where they took X-ray and all. Follow-up appointment; they gave me an overview of my physical well being and I was asked to schedule adjustment appointments (and I did three appointments). On my last visit (third) I was told - I have to pay for my last visit. I tried to explain that this is my third appointment and no one told me that my Groupon was consumed at the time of scheduling my appointment (or even at the start of appointment). Response : I apologies. I tried to explain that I had just three adjustments but I was told; all meetings after my initial meeting is an individual appointment and even though I may not received any adjustment on 'discussion appointment' and it is still considered as one appointment (surprise !). My response to her : Clearly, you guys made the mistake but you still expect me to pay ? Response : I apologies and Yes. My explanation did not took it anywhere so I decided to just pay and walk off (and not waste any more time). I had good visit and I would have returned but this last interaction left a bad taste. It was like I went three for no reason, spent my time just to use my groupon but had to pay because of lack of communication from practice. I wouldn't have gone if it was not the last visit of Groupon. I feel would recommend Dr Laali. I've been coming here for four weeks now and I am already feeling better. I injured my lower back lifting weights and Dr. Laali has been great fixing me up. Dr. Mike and Dr. Blake are epic chiropractors who are helping me recover from a car accident. They have a wonderful office staff here, and they have extensive knowledge and understanding in how to help the human body heal itself. I can tell I'm not just a number to them, and they do an excellent job at helping their clients understand how to keep a healthy spine.

They were all just real people. I didn't feel uncomfortable once or like I was at a medical office. I could talk to them truthfully and openly and got a thourough but quick exam in the return. Highly recommend.
