I brought in my leather motorcycle racing suit to be taken in. There werent many people even up to the task in the area. But Only One Tailoring said they could take a look. They did such an excellent job working the leather around all the padding. It fits PERFECTLY. I’m so happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone!!

We took my husband’s wedding suit for alterations and we could not have been happier, everything came out beautifully on a fairly tight timeline. I don’t have any photos back yet, but I would highly recommend.

Took my daughters wedding dress there and was not impressed. Seams were crooked and they took it in way too much and it was too tight. My daughter is a size 2 and they had plenty of material to work with. It shouldn’t have been so tight she couldn’t breathe when sitting down. They were very expensive as well

I recently had several shirts brought in to be hemmed. The Only One Team did a very nice job and we are super happy with the results. *One of the shirt threads has started to unravel after the first use. I’m hoping Only One can easily fix this minor issue

I had a mixed experience here with my wedding dress alterations. I was quoted over $600 only to have my straps shortened and a bustle added to my dress. I thought this was expensive, but accepted it assuming the bustle would be intricate to set up. The straps were done well, but the bustle put on was just one simple hook and eye attachment that ended up coming undone several times during my reception. I should have saved myself the money doing a bustle because it was basically useless. I agree with some of the other comments about the strange attitude of the seamstress. I felt very self conscious and like me being there was an inconvenience to her day.

I’m incredibly disappointed. The seamstress initially told me that she could try to alter the bodice of my wedding dress to be how I wanted, but on my second fitting, was actively trying to talk me out of it. I didn’t have an issue paying for the work, but I felt like I was being rushed out and that I was misled. So now I’m stuck with this wedding dress that doesn’t really feel right.

I accidentally asked my pants to be hemmed a little too short, and they fixed my problem without any additional charges and only had a 3 day turnaround time. Great customer service, I plan to use this tailor for all of my clothes.

I took my wedding dress here after it had been poorly altered at another location. Margarita listened to my concerns, worked on the dress quickly, and made it fit perfectly. She explained my options and could have easily upsold me, but recommended making several smaller changes which was exactly what the dress needed. I was concerned I wouldn't have been able to wear it at all, but it turned out even better than I expected.

I feel as though I have been scammed. I went in wanting more support for my wedding dress. I forgot to ask about a bustle, but I needed one as well. The tailor basically told me that what I wanted wasn’t possible, but that she would add different cups and that would solve my problem. It definitely didn’t. She told me she could add an extra button to the back so it would be tighter, but I guess she decided that wasn’t necessary because she didn’t do it. When I received back my dress, the only discernible difference was that the cups were bigger…but the interior corner of one cup can now be easily seen through the illusion mesh. I do not understand why she didn’t want to help me. I needed the waist taken in so the dress’s weight wouldn’t be on my shoulders all night. She told me the weight of the dress is supposed to be on my shoulders, and that I was wrong to think it was uncomfortable and heavy. The waist is indiscernible from before. She might have taken it in like an eighth of an inch, but I can see the place where it needs another button or hook—basically so that I have support where a bra would have a band. For $100/hour, shouldn’t a wedding dress tailor know how to make a wedding dress more supportive? I’ll have to take it to another tailor. Weddings are already so expensive, and the shoddy and incomplete work on my dress cost $350. She was adamant that we had a conversation about the bustle, but I know we didn’t because I know how much I’ll be dancing and there is no way I agreed that I would be okay holding my train the entire night. Then she told me that bustling my dress would be an additional $250. I feel horrible about how little I got and how much I spent. If they had done what I needed, I’d be happy to pay, but I feel like I paid $350 for them to hold on to my dress for a month and gaslight me about what I want. I said all of this in a private review that they prompted me to write in an email with the receipt, and they never reached out to me. They clearly care more about money than making customers happy.

The woman who works the desk is lovely! I went to get my dress altered for my upcoming baby shower. The first placement of the cups I had inserted didn’t make sense at all and she said they weren’t moved since the original pinning so must have not been placed correctly. They offered to fix and I ended up going back with my own cups. There is a small hole in the dress now, not sure if it was where the old cups were taken out or from adding the new ones. It’s not super noticeable but a bit of a bummer as it was a brand new dress :/
