It's a great studio that practices the 26&2 method. I've been searching for a while for a studio.

Tammy has me activating muscles I forgot I had. The workouts are keeping me injury free and feeling strong in my other sports without making me feel depleted. Tammy's programs are well designed with no two classes being the same. Always a workout, always fun.

Great teachers, easy going, but challenging, encouraging, feedback, and I like that we are encouraged to look at ourselves in the mirror sometimes to help correct our form.

Very well organized and clean, top to bottom. Instructors are very helpful in carefully leading participants through each level of exercise, with alternative positions. Bring your water!

The classes are okay. I loved Hannah’s classes. Maggie, the owner, is disorganized and irresponsible. I was charged for 4 months of membership after I left the city and it took me several months of painstaking follow up to finally receive a refund. The actual yoga here is fine but there are plenty of better studios in DC with more honest and ethical staff.

Haute Bodhi offers a variety of classes from tradition Bikram to vinyasa flow and Pilates... my personal favorite being buti yoga! The instructors are always friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend classes here!

I love how I feel after a session at Haute Bodhi! My favorite classes are pilates and buti yoga. The instructors come prepared but most importantly they bring positive energy to the class and they push us to give it our all in a yogi friendly way.

The vibe was not at all yoga like. I've been to many studios in Bethesda and Northern DC area and this one certainly didn't feel all inclusive or kind. I was obviously at the studio for the first time, and Christina did absolutely nothing to help me get situated. When I asked where to get the mats, Christina responded that they are all only available for rent which isn't a standard and other yoga studios. The intonation of the way she said it was very disrespectful. If I was in her situation, I would have offered to be more accommodating for a first-time client to Olivier the stressful situation. It was also kind of surprising to see lots of deeply overweight people being practically naked. Although I'm used to the fact that hot yoga involves less clothing, I wasn't that excited to see practically naked people. When I discuss different options over the phone, never did it come up that there was a particular dress code or I had to bring my own mat. I got a full refund on my Groupon and won't come back. Less

I took my first Bikram class ever with Maggie. She is not only a wonderful and inspiring instructor, but an amazing soul.

I thought I was completely over the Bikram Yoga experience but the owner Maggie made it very fun for this seasoned yogi. Had a great practice, picked up some cool merchandise, showered, and then I spent the day in DC with my yoga high.

This is the best hot yoga in DC! You have to try it to understand. What better way to relieve stress.

They help you do what you can do and not more. The steam actually helps your body get more stretch then it might normally get. You don't have to do everything I sometimes stop because there's positions that I can't do but I love the challenge of all of it. It's very good physical therapy.
