The new training facility is amazing. Nick and his team have a great setup, are knowledgeable and helpful. Hands down the best place to train around the area. I always enjoy coming in to train here whenever I find myself in Wisconsin. Definitely one of my favorite gyms to train at when I can.

I hate working out and i was only there a couple months. That being said, i had a massive boost in my strength and cardio in a short amount of time. The coaches were always professional and supportive, correcting my form and cheering me on. Its the only time ive felt i belong in a fitness setting. The workouts were difficult but worth every penny and every second spent there.

I’ve dropped in at B a number of times. It is the country club of functional fitness gyms. The level of coaching and programming is exceptional and the owner and coaches are very welcome. B Athletics / CrossFit FDL is an amazing place. Been going here for like 7 years now anytime I travel to the area to visit family. Nick is a great guy and coach, and all their coaches I've met through the years have been good as well. Athletes have all been personable too.

The gym, coaches, and participants are all welcoming. The coaches are knowledgeable at their craft and are a great help to those who have been doing CrossFit for some time and to those just starting out. They are encouraging and are overall great people.

Stopped in from out of town to participate in a crossfit workout for the first time with my little brother who participates in crossfit avidly. CrossFit Fond du Lac has a great atmosphere, instructions to prevent injury, and a workout that kicked my butt!

Great gym!! I dropped in to the 5:15 AM class this morning while traveling for work. The coach was very welcoming, people were awesome, and the work out was great!! I’d highly recommend for those passing through or for those looking for a CF gym to call home.

First time visit last night made for a very sore body today but that is how it works! Very nice instructor and owner. More classes to come!!

Crossfit has really change my life!!!

Crossfit never gets easier, because it's concept is such that you are always pushing yourself harder to get better and lift heavier! Most Amazing changes physically and mentally since starting and we can officially say (my husband and I) that we are hooked! At least try a class and find out what we are all about.....

First time visiting cross fit today and it was hands down the best workout I have had ever! I highly recommend it!
