I dig it. It is a good chance to challenge yourself. It is you versus you. Challenging excercises but get to leave there feeling accomplished.

Crossfit never gets easier, because it's concept is such that you are always pushing yourself harder to get better and lift heavier! First time visiting cross fit today and it was hands down the best workout I have had ever! I highly recommend it!
