Liked how the class was presented and explained. The 4 stars was only given related to time. There were problems with registering in the beginning of class which I believe the location in the basement and reception could have played an issue. Also scheduling of the in-class portion was changed several times again I believe not the instructors fault. Otherwise would've given 5 stars for the instructor.

My experience w CPR 211 was AWESOME! My instructor Ayyub was amazing! I was under a time crunch to get certified and he got me in the very next day!!! He totally saved me by doing that! His instruction was easy to understand and enjoyable. The facility was super comfortable and very clean. They have up to date equipment. I've been an RN since the late 80s and I can truly say this was the best BLS class I've ever had! I highly recommend CPR 211!----Jennifer M
