⭐☆☆☆☆Extremely disappointed with my experience with CPR211.My coworker and I arrived at the Pajama Factory in Williamsport today for our scheduled CPR class. When we got there, construction workers and people in the building told us the instructor was no longer there. We had never been notified of any changes.When I called CPR211, before I even identified myself, they already knew both of our names, which I found very strange. I was then told, “Oh yeah, Abdul moved out of that location a week ago, but we have someone at a different location you can schedule with.” They then informed me that the new location didn’t even have CPR mannequins.So not only did the company know for a week that the original location was no longer being used and fail to notify us, but the alternative location wasn’t even equipped with the mannequins needed for CPR training.We took time off work, drove to Williamsport, and expected to complete our certification, only to have our time completely wasted because of poor communication and a lack of preparation.This was extremely unprofessional. We requested a full refund and will be taking our business elsewhere. I would not recommend CPR211 based on our experience.
