I was looking to purchase a place in spring 2023 and Nick Zeibell was my realtor. It felt like Nick was working for Nick and not his clients, looking for a quick sell. I was going to make an offer on a place and Nick said that there was an open house that day and we had to make an offer above asking before anyone else saw the place. I later inquired and that wasn't true and the place didn't get any previous offers. In addition, Nick kept telling me to not add an inspection to the offer, but I added it anyways. The inspector found a bunch of costly repairs. Nick still insisted that it was covered by the condo board. I inquired and it wasn't. I ended up cancelling the offer after that for the reason of the inspection and I let the agent agreement expire. Pretty dishonest practices in my opinion and I dodged a bullet. Ended up going with Keller Williams Integrity Realty and they were great to work with. Less
