We use Senior Care1 to augment my brother’s disability services. He is an adult with physical and mental disabilities. He was needing more services than he was currently able to receive following a serious medical event. We hired Senior1 to fill the gap. Every caregiver they have sent to work with him has been kind and helpful. Senior1 has been excellent with timely notice if a staff is unavoidably late or needs a sub to come due to illness, etc. They are wonderful about working with me to make sure care between services is coordinated. Caregivers sometimes have to take my brother to doctor appointments and they have all been wonderful with that as well. The only negative is you can’t contact the care providers directly, so that has to be done via the primary contact, but I’ve never had any issues with timely information being passed along. Every person I have worked with at SeniorCare1 has been exceptional. I highly recommend for the seniors or anyone who needs extra care in your life.

They even helped guide me through the process of getting his long term care policy activated (which was an overwhelming task for someone who didn't know the first thing about that!) We have received great care from our caregiver from Senior One. She is with my mom (who is on hospice and has dementia) 2 times a week and it helps brighten my mom's day and helps me know how she is doing since I live in a different state. I would recommend this service for anyone looking for some extra help in any areas of caregiving for the elderly. Our caregiver is kind and patient with my mom and I am happy to have her helping out.
