We use Senior Care1 to augment my brother’s disability services. He is an adult with physical and mental disabilities. He was needing more services than he was currently able to receive following a serious medical event. We hired Senior1 to fill the gap. Every caregiver they have sent to work with him has been kind and helpful. Senior1 has been excellent with timely notice if a staff is unavoidably late or needs a sub to come due to illness, etc. They are wonderful about working with me to make sure care between services is coordinated. Caregivers sometimes have to take my brother to doctor appointments and they have all been wonderful with that as well. The only negative is you can’t contact the care providers directly, so that has to be done via the primary contact, but I’ve never had any issues with timely information being passed along. Every person I have worked with at SeniorCare1 has been exceptional. I highly recommend for the seniors or anyone who needs extra care in your life.

We hired Senior1Care for my dad. They have been great to work with! They even helped guide me through the process of getting his long term care policy activated (which was an overwhelming task for someone who didn't know the first thing about that!) The care provider they found for my dad is wonderful--she is kind and considerate, lighthearted and funny, and a hard worker!
