Tried to go there today but apparently I needed to call ahead. It's a little confusing finding it since it's in a larger building. Receptionist was enthusiastic about this owner, but a bit lecturing when I expressed dismay about finding the store closed for lunch hour. It's only open from 10:00 to 3:00 according to the Google listing, so my assumption was open the entire time. I mean, I was on my lunch break too. I got one of those condescending "Have a nice day!" when I said didn't want a card or any follow up. Not helping the owner (whom I didn't end up meeting but may be perfectly wonderful) with that kind of approach. Sometimes it's better if staying quiet if not contributing anything positive to the conversation.

My ring was purchased in a different town from a jeweler who was no longer in business.Yusef explained his process and educated me on diamonds, gold, and the current market. I sat right at his desk while he worked and felt very comfortable trusting him handling my ring. I had my appraisal in my email before I left. He designs, appraises, and repairs all kinds of jewelry. I will use him in the future for all my jewelry needs.

Where do we even start?? From beginning to end we had full trust in Yusuf to create our dream wedding rings! We told him what we wanted and he went to work on them.
