Today’s class at CrossFit Rockland was a retest of a workout we did earlier this year, and I was nervous to see if I’d improve or even come close to my previous performance. With Chaya’s thorough warm-up, along with her clear performance tips and cues - like reminding me to engage my core and keep my pace steady - I was able to improve my score this go around.She constantly walked around the room, noticing small details in form and offering adjustments that made a real difference. Chaya knows how to keep the class engaged through her encouraging tone and by tailoring motivation to each athlete’s individual skills and limitations. It felt like she was coaching just for me, even in a group setting. Thanks for a great class as usual!
