Joined during COVID and still love VFit 4 years later! The LIVE classes are so much more rewarding and motivating than on demand (although they have that also). I finally found the thing that works for me! And it covers everything! Strength training, stretching, balance, yoga, Pilates, etc….everything I’ve been looking for. I’ve been a member at VFit for about 5 years. I love the format, variety of classes and extra offerings, from dance to strength to yoga and stretching. The instructors are wonderful and the community is really special and welcoming. The library of on demand classes is a big bonus to membership.

This is by far the most consistent I have been about working out since I was in college! This format is so flexible and so easy to keep up with!!

I love it! It's convenient and effective. You can work out from anywhere with a live instructor. Classes for everyone and any level of fitness can join any class.
